Safe steps is a state-wide services that offers access to confidential support and information. Their services includes a 24/7 rapid response toll free phone number, risk assessment, Emergency accommodation, Safety planning, Advocacy, and Referral to relevant services.

The Frankston and Rosebud Crisis Centres are entry points for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. These Centres provide assessment, information, advocacy and referral to a range of accommodation and housing services. They can help navigate services and link in with services such as family violence, drug and alcohol, health and mental health, legal, financial, employment, education and training.

SWISS, Local service:
Southern Women’s Integrated Support Service (SWISS) provides services to women and women with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to current or immediate family violence from the Cities of Greater Dandenong, Frankston and Casey and the Shire of Cardinia. SWISS operates from a secure residential facility and can provide information, referral and support. You can access SWISS by calling 03 9792 1205 between 8am and 11pm every day.

WAYSS Family Violence Outreach Program:
The WAYSS Family Violence Outreach Program can help you with information, referral, advocacy and support. If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to family violence, you can also be assisted with accommodation options. Outreach program is based in Frankston, Dandenong, Berwick and Cranbourne.

Court Network is a unique non-legal court support, information and referral service based at Frankston courts. They provide information and emotional support to individuals and families attending hearing the day. At Frankston court, Court Network also have an appointment room which someone could use as a safe space while they are waiting for their hearing. It is operates on a drop-in basis however someone can organize in advance by contacting head office.

The South Eastern Centre Against Sexual Assault & Family Violence (SECASA) offers a range of services including counselling for victim/survivors of sexual and physical assault, children and adults, female and male. The Centre also works with non-offending family members, partners, caregivers and support workers.
